- Metawin has launched $ROCKY on Base named after the founder's Pomeranian.
- $RLB on Solana will be burned on May 1st, users need to migrate over to Ethereum before this date to avoid losing their coins.
- ClashGG has completed the acquisitions of CSGOLIVE and WTFSKINS. $2mm in outstanding balances were migrated to the site. With this, they’re looking to implement P2P again.
- BitCasino has integrated the Lightning Network into it's operations, reducing transaction costs and speeding up the deposit and withdrawal process.
Traditional Gaming
- DraftKings appoints a new Chief Responsible Gaming Officer, Lori Kalani. Using player education, employee training and evidence-based research, DK aims to lead the way in responsible gaming.
- BetFair has donated £250,000 to Betting and Gaming Council.
- Bulgaria has been looking to ban gambling advertisements in the country.
- ESPNBet has launched its first retail location in Detroit.
- Macau and China looking to set up a multi-entry visa, most likely for gambling tourists.
Decentralised Casinos
- ZKasino defrauds $33M+ of ETH from users after misleading bridger's that funds would be returned after 30 days.
- Yolo Games was awarded 549,954 Blast Gold, the third largest distribution only behind D1 and Pacmoon.
- WINR V2 smart contracts have launched; highlights include WINR Chain explorer, bet explorer, detailed statistics, and $WINR being a gas token as well as a revenue-earning token.
- PlusBet have added SmokeyLisa to their team, acting as a Lead Advisor to the team.
Aggregators & Providers
- Evolution's Q1 report shows a 5.5% increase in operating revenues compared to Q4 last year.
- Softswiss have added Rubens Barrichello to their Latin American team, acting as a director. The former F1 Driver spoke for Softswiss as represented them at this years SiGMA Americas, which took place in Sao Paulo this past week.
