• Scotland qualify for the World Cup for the first time in 28 years. A Puskás Award-worthy overhead kick from Scott McTominay, an added-time decider from Kieran Tierney, and a halfway-line goal from Kenny McLean were all needed for Scotland.
• FURIA beat Falcons in the grand final of BLAST Rivals Season 2, 3-1, with overtime needed to decide the final two maps. Falcons AWPer m0NESY was awarded tournament MVP despite losing the final.

• The opening round of the Starladder Budapest Major Stage 1 have been drawn with the most notable matchup being FaZe Clan taking on Lynn Vision. With the matchups being best-of-one, upsets will be on the cards.
• The second round of the Swiss stage game will be drawn at 16:00 and games will be played from 17:00 GMT onward.

• The first North London derby of the season is this weekend. Arsenal look to bounce back from the dropped points against Sunderland. Both teams also have big Champions League games three days later, so squad selection will be important.
• The Milan derby takes place this weekend, with Inter currently sitting 1st, two points ahead of AC Milan. A victory for AC Milan is crucial for their chances of returning to the top of the table.
• Arsenal and Bayern both sit on 12 points out of 12 from their opening four games. This match will decide which side gets to continue its winning streak.

• PARIVISION take on the lowest-seeded team, The Huns, in the opening match of the Starladder Major. With The Huns lacking international success, we believe PARIVISION, led by Major champion Jame, will start off strong.
• FaZe and Lynn Vision face off in the first round of the Swiss stage. Both teams sit among the lower seeds, and even with this being a best-of-one, we’re still hopeful FaZe can take this one.
• Sunderland have had a flying start to the Premier League after their promotion, currently sitting 4th and just seven points off the top. The same can’t be said for Fulham, who sit 15th with 11 points.
• Manchester City visit Newcastle this weekend. Erling Haaland’s current form has been incredible for club and country, and fresh off qualifying for the World Cup, we think he will be a major factor in this match.
